Longierworkshop

Bindung und Aufmerksamkeit fördern, Kommunikation stärken, geistige Auslastung und Distanzkontrolle, das alles soll Longieren mit dem Hund bewirken. Nachdem ich schon öfters darüber gelesen hatte, wollte ich das auch mal ausprobieren. Eishun wäre doch genau der Richtige dafür. Ein Workshop in der Gegend kam gerade richtig.
Als wir in der Reithalle ankamen war Eishuns Freude gross, andere Hunde und andere Menschen, das muss Action bedeuten.
Nach einer Einführung ging es an den Kreis. Schnell war Eishun zu motivieren und gerne hat er mitgemacht. Für ihn war schnell klar, das ist eine tolle Sache.
Nach dem Workshop war Eishun ganz müde, kein Wunder, denn Longieren erfordert sehr viel Konzentration.
Wir werden das Training zu Hause weiter führen und später bestimmt wieder einen Workshop besuchen dann vielleicht für Fortgeschrittene.

Promote the relationship and attention, strengthen communication, mental workload and distance control, all of that effects the lunging with a dog. I read this a few time and wanted to give it a try. Eishun should be the right dog to do that. A workshop in our region was set at the right time. 
Eishun was very happy when we arrived at the riding hall. Other dogs and people, that had to mean action. 
After the introduction we started with the workt at the "big circle". It was easy to motivate Eishun and he liked to do it. After a short time it was clear for him, that it's a great work.
Eishun was very tired at the end, no wonder, lunging needs very much concentration. 
We will continue the training at home and we'll sure go to another workshop, maybe for advanced.
